Hallows and Horcruxes
Horcrux: Considered to be one of the darkest of magic; A way in which a dark witch or wizard attempts immortality by preserving a piece of his or her soul in an object allowing them to be brought back to life; Requires ripping of one's soul.
Hallows: Said to be created by Death; Hallows, or objects, are extremely powerful. Given to the Peverell brothers,these objects include the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility. The witch or wizard who possesses all three objects, or hallows, will become the master of Death.
